We accept most major health care plans. We encourage you to confirm coverage with your insurance provider prior to your visit. A valid insurance card must be presented at each visit. We cannot accept temporary ID cards or paperwork.
Co-Payments, or payment in full for uninsured patients, are due at the time of service. We accept payment in the form of all major credit cards, cash and checks.
There is a range of costs for the office visit depending on the complexity of the medical problem. We discount all of our rates for patients without medical insurance.
