Monoclonal Antibody Infusions

Our Wappingers Falls office now offers Monoclonal Antibody Infusions (MAB) for patients diagnosed with Covid who meet criteria. Availability is subject to change.

Infusions are by appointment only. Please contact 845-214-3814 (call /text) or email email us Monday-Friday 8am-8pm for more information and to determine eligibility.

Patients must be positive for COVID-19 with symptoms beginning no more than 10 days ago AND meet one or more of the following criteria in order to qualify for the antibody infusion:

  • Symptoms beginning no more than 10 days ago
  • 65 years of age or older
  • BMI > 25 for adults
  • 12-17 years of age and has any of the following: BMI > 85th Percentile (per CDC Growth Chart), heart disease, or reactive airway disease that requires daily medication
  • A medical related technological dependence
  • Diabetes
  • Sickle cell disease/history of splenectomy or thalassemia
  • Immunosuppressive disease or receiving immunosuppressive treatment
  • Cardiovascular and cardiac conditions/hypertension
  • Cancer/lymphoma or leukemia
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Chronic liver disease
  • Chronic lung disease
  • Dementia or other neurological conditions
  • Neurodevelopmental disorders that confer medical complexity
  • Down Syndrome

You are not eligible for the antibody infusion if:

  • You weigh under 40kg (88lbs)
  • You are under 12 years of age
  • You require oxygen therapy due to COVID-19
  • You require an increase in baseline oxygen flow rate due to COVID-19 in those on chronic oxygen therapy due to underlying non-COVID-19 related comorbidity
  • Your symptom onset was more than 10 days ago
